Epsilon provides a broad range of loyalty marketing services spanning database marketing, direct mail, email marketing, web development, loyalty programs, analytics, data services, strategic consulting and creative services, among others. Loyalty programs are sophisticated marketing efforts that reward, and encourage, loyal buying behavior, which is potentially beneficial to the company engaged in loyalty marketing. Retail reward cards are a specific example of loyalty cards.
Epsilon is a subsidiary of Alliance Data Systems Corporation, and was acquired in 2004. Epsilon had previously acquired Aspen Marketing Services, located in West Chicago in 2011.
In late February 2013, Facebook announced partnerships with Epsilon to help reshape its targeted advertising strategy
