Chicagoland weather radar is all clear at about 8:25 a.m. Some rain is heading east over Lake Michigan to the Michigan shore. The next chance for precipitation is about 2:00 a.m. Tuesday morning until about 8:00 a.m. — about 0.4 inch of snow is forecast. Snow is forecast to start up again for the Tuesday evening rush hour from noon to midnight. The forecast calls for about 0.7 inch of snow by midnight Tuesday/Wednesday.
A series of Alberta clippers are expected to bring light snow to the area throughout this week. Light snow is forecast every day Tuesday through Friday.
Satellite images show mostly conditions for Illinois, Wisconsin and Indiana. A decrease in clouds is forecast after 2:00 p.m. Monday until about 9:00 p.m. when clouds return with incoming precipitation.
