Arlington Heights police responded on Tuesday to a report of a retail theft suspect detained at Kohl’s, 800 West Dundee Road Arlington Heights, IL. Police received a report that a female offender concealed maternity clothes valued at $332 in her purse and on her person. She walked out without paying.
The offender was identified as Rachael A. Chase, a female/white, age 18. Chase had been served a Kohl’s “No Trespass Agreement” on August 5, 2013.
Chase was arrested and charged with Misdemeanor Retail Theft and Misdemeanor Criminal Trespass.
Rachael Chase also had an outstanding warrant out of Schaumburg.
