Police and firefighter/paramedics received a report of a crash in the eastbound lanes of Interstate 90 over Arlington Heights Road. Firefighter/paramedics reported a three-car crash in the eastbound lanes, just west of Arlington Heights Road.
Firefighter/paramedics also discovered another crash in the westbound lanes nearby at mile marker 71.5. Elk Grove Township firefighter/paramedics responded to the crash at the 71.5 Mile Marker.
