The U.S. Marshall’s Office arrested Rockie Douglas today at 11:30 a.m. at a McDonald’s drive-thru in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The Great Lakes Regional Task Force arrest the man, who last Tuesday was suspected in a carjacking that led to a crash that killed an 11-year-old boy over the weekend. Information on extradition to Chicago has not been released.
Police on Sunday December 22, 2013 released the identity of Rockie Douglas — a suspect in at least 3 carjackings and a fatal hit-and-run crash that killed 11-year-old Donovan Turnage. Rockie Douglas, age 34, is also a suspect in a number of other robberies and criminal incidents ranging from Chicago to Wisconsin.

Douglas was believed to be driving a light blue, 2007, 4-door Honda Accord with Illinois license plate X14477. The vehicle was the third vehicle that Douglas allegedly carjacked in the Chicago area — the most recent being from the area of northbound I-294 and Interstate 88.
Douglas is known to have displayed a blue steel handgun either Friday or Saturday.
Police are urging any citizens with information about the incidents or about Rockie Douglas to contact police by either calling 911, or by contacting Chicago Police Area Central Detectives at 312-747-8380, or by calling Illinois State Police at 630-241-6800.
