Whitefish is back at Circa ’57. There was a short disruption in shipping from the commercial fishing industry because of last Sunday and Monday’s severe weather in the Midwest, and that means that fans of the beer-battered Lake Superior Whitefish at Circa ’57 had to pick a different delicious dish.
Lake Whitefish is the prime commercial species of the upper Great Lakes fishery with an average of 11 million pounds reported harvested from the Great Lakes annually from 1981-1999. Fresh Whitefish has been back at Circa ’57 since Wednesday. And it’s good!
