Vine is a mobile app owned by Twitter that enables its users to create and post short video clips. The service was introduced with a maximum clip length of six seconds. Twitter acquired the app in October 2012.
Vine debuted as a free iOS app on the iPhone and iPod Touch on January 24, 2013. Since June 2, 2013, Vine has been available for Android devices as a free app, similar to the iPhone version.
A lot silliness, but advertisers might make a good craft out of Vine.
