Rep. Michael Burgess (R) Texas questions Cheryl Campbell, Snior VP at CGI Federal, and Andrew Slavitt, Group Executive VP at Optum/QSSI. Campbell said she could sign on from Virginia. Slavitt said his signup failed because he didn’t get a confirmation.

Obamacare a “bad product” … After asking developers if they did their jobs, Rep. Steve Scalise highlights issues with the HealthCare.gov website.

Rep. Steve Scalise (R) Louisiana explains that Healthcare.gov cost $500 million, which is more than Facebook cost to build for the first five years — and FaceBook has 7 million users per day. Contractors basically claim they built the bad product that they were asked to build.
