A banker, Alexian Lien, was beaten in front of his family after an incident with a group of motorcyclists.
Police have arrested a motorcycle biker, Christopher Cruz, age 28, and have charged him with reckless endangerment, reckless driving, endangering the welfare of a child, and menacing. The arrest comes after his alleged involvement in incident that lead to an attack of a man driving his family in Manhattan, according to NYPD. But, some people are saying the driver should also be charged because one of the bikers he ran over is in a coma (See Facebook page Justice For Jay Meezee).
Video posted to YouTube from the helmet camera worn by a motorcyclist shows a pack of bikers attacking the driver of an SUV following a fender bender on the West Side Highway on Sunday afternoon.
The driver of the black Range Rover, Alexian Lien, age 33, was with his wife and young child in the SUV when he struck a motorcycle that appears to have deliberately slowed in front of the luxury SUV. The two vehicles are then involved in a collision. In the video, Lien is seen stopping the SUV and then speeding away and striking at least three motorcycles when the group began to damage his SUV. One biker took off his helmet and smashed the driver’s side window of the Range Rover.
A group of 20 to 30 bikers chased Alexian Lien for more than 50 blocks. When Lien drove off Henry Hudson Parkway (New York State Route 9A) at West 178th St. in Washington Heights, the bikers attacked. The roadway north of 72nd street is often called West Side Highway.

Nice comments on that facebook page lol- they might want to take that down. Only one guy was charged on this??? Not very tough charges either. What a horrendous display of stupidity i just watched.
Most of the bikers are really dangerous on highway. Sometime I feel like they are flying somewhere. I watched the video. Anything could be happened. But thanks God that nothing happened except couple of injuries. It seems to me SUB driver wanted to save his family in anyways. But I’m sure the law enforcement will be able to figure out who is more responsible for this craziness. Last of all I wish their speedy recovery from the injuries.
