NYPD is looking for a driver involved in a YouTube video that claims to show the driver performing the fastest loop around Manhattan in 24 minutes in a BMW Z4.
With an average speed of 66 miles per hour around Manhattan and at least six red lights, the driver blew at least one red light. The speed limit is commonly 40 mph in the area.
During the summer of 2013, a record was set for the fastest loop around Manhattan starting from 116th St. on the FDR heading downtown, up the Henry Hudson Highway, and back down to 116th St. in just 24 minutes.
