Current Radar Indicates [LIVE RADAR] that severe thunderstorms have already passed the northwest suburbs. It appears that this bulletin was broadcast late. At 6:55 p.m. the most northern edge of the storm appeared to be at Euclid Avenue and Forrest Avenue and heading to the southeast. While conditions exist that could cause thunderstorms to develop, there are no significant images head toward our area from the west or northwest.
The storm began affecting the northwest suburbs/Arlington Heights area about 6:00 p.m. The heavier storms passed to the west and southwest of Arlington Heights.
