Arlington Heights police received a report on Friday of a theft in the block of 2000 Charter Point Drive Arlington Heights, IL. Police received a report that an unknown offender or offenders took a box containing approximately 75-80 pieces of assorted jewelry valued at approximately $20,000-$30,000. The jewelry box was kept in an upstairs bedroom. Several contracted subjects had been inside the residence and had access to the bedroom.
The crime is reported to have occurred between Sunday, July 28, 2013 and Friday, August 16, 2013.
