Lansing police responded about 1:00 PM Thursday to a bank robbery at the USBank 17150 Torrence Avenue Lansing, IL. Witnesses reported three black male adults,entered the bank and announced a robbery. Ay least one of the offenders was armed with a hand gun.
One of the offenders, armed with a handgun, jumped over the teller’s counter and demanded cash from the bank employees.
No shots were fire, but two bank employees were reported injured. No details on the injuries were available.
The robbers were described as three male/black males, 5’7″-5’8″ The three were wearing hooded sweatshirts with bandanas or scarves covering the lower part of their faces.
FBI investigators also responded to the bank robbery.
