Arlington Heights police received a report about 8:01 AM Wednesday of a vehicle burglary on a residential driveway in the block of 1000 North Haddow Avenue Arlington Heights, IL. Police received a report that an unknown offender or offenders burglarized a 200 GMC Savana van, entered the vehicle and removed one Rigid air compressor valued at $450, one Hilti hammer drill valued at $1,000, one Bosch hammer drill valued at $500, one Skil electric hand saw valued at $300, one Bosch grinder valued at $300, one Bostitch nail gun valued at $250, one Dewalt Sawzall valued at $350, one Wacker saw valued at $1,000, one Senco nail gun valued at $200, one Milwaukee drill valued at $200, one Dewalt cordless drill valued at $300, and three Senco framing nail guns valued at $350 each. There was no damage estimate available on the shattered window.
The crime is reported to have occurred between Tuesday July 23, 2013 at 4:30 p.m. and Wednesday July 24, 2013 at 8:00 a.m.
