Amanda Bynes has been hospitalized for a mental health evaluation after deputies said she started a small fire in the driveway of a home in Southern California.
Ventura County deputies found Amanda Bynes standing next to flames from a fire she apparently set on a neighbor’s driveway in Thousand Oaks, California. Another media report states she was on the ground with her pants on fire.
Either way, Bynes met the criteria for a “mental health hold” and police took her into custody.
Last month Bynes, age 27, was in court for allegedly throwing a bong out of her 36th-floor apartment.
