On Wednesday, June 26th at 7pm the Faith Fine Arts Committee presents Tim Zimmerman and the King’s Brass in concert. — back by popular demand. Following the concert, there will be a time where guests will have an opportunity to greet the performers with an Ice Cream Social sponsored by the Faith Fine Arts Committee. There will be also a special message presented by the King’s Brass to children so families with young children are especially encouraged to attend. Faith Lutheran Church is located at 431 South Arlington Heights Road.
Making a special guest appearance with Tim Zimmerman and the King’s Brass will be the Exalt Brass ensemble so it will be a brass spectacular program not to be missed!
Michael Gagne, Minister of Music at Faith Lutheran Church will also be accompanying the King’s Brass on a few pieces on the church’s mighty 3 manual, 30+rank M.P. Moller pipe organ.
Tim Zimmerman and The King’s Brass present hymn classics with a contemporary flair. The King’s Brass features three trumpets, three trombones, a tuba, percussion and keyboards. These instruments blend together to create a time of innovative worship that will be enjoyed by all generations.

As a result, The King’s Brass will be introducing their sixteenth recording titled “The Best of Tim Zimmerman and The King’s Brass – The First 35 Years.” This CD, released on the Summit Records label (http://www.summitrecords.com/), features the groups favorites from their past CD releases as well as three new bonus selections.
