Arlington Heights police received a report about 3:31 PM Thursday of a theft at Panera Bread, 5 West Rand Road Arlington Heights, IL. Police received a report that two female offenders were involved in a theft of a wallet from a purse that was placed under the victim’s chair. The wallet, valued at $70, contained a Canon camera (valued at $50), an Apple iPhone 4 (valued at $600), a driver’s license, credit/debit cards and approximately $70 cash. There were six unauthorized charges made on credit cards at the Target in Arlington Heights for over $3,000.
The crime is reported to have occurred on Thursday May 30, 2013 between 12:30 p.m. and 3:30 p.m.
On Thursday May 23, 2013 police received a report that a Vera Bradley wallet was removed from a purse that was placed on a window ledge behind the victim. The crime was reported to have occurred about 2:30 p.m.
