Palatine police arrested Freddy Robles of the 2500 block of Oak Park Avenue, Chicago and charged him with aggravated discharge of a firearm in connection with the shooting which the “shots fired” about 1:30 a.m. on May 4, 2013.
After a police call for the sound of gunfire, police discovered a shattered living room window and two bullet holes in an apartment wall.
Police interviews people near the scene and learned that several people were in the vicinity before the shooting.
Chicago police assisted Palatine police with information that led to the arrest of Freddy Robles, who is alleged to be connected to the discharge of the firearm. No information or details are yet available regarding whether he actually fired the shots or how he is connected with the aggravated discharge of the firearm.
Robles is scheduled to appear in court on June 28, 2013, and was ordered held on $200,000 bond.
