Hillside Towing blocks southbound Arlington Heights Road at Northwest Highway with two DUI hold vehicles to stop for a third DUI driver that turned on to the railroad tracks.
Arlington Heights police arrested a DUI driver about 3:37 AM Sunday at the intersection of Arlington Heights Road and George Street Arlington Heights, IL. Police transported the driver in custody to Arlington Heights Police Department Headquarters. Police towed the driver’s red Solara to a police holding area.
While police were managing the DUI case at the scene, a white Isuzu Rodeo as involved in a miner crash. The driver of the Isuzu was also arrested DUI.
White Isuzu Rodeo and red Toyota Solaris towed to a DUI holding area after both driver’s were arrested DUI at Arlington Heights Road and George Street. The tow was stopped for a third DUI driver about two blocks north of the initial two DUI arrests.
While Hillside Towing was towing the first two DUI hold vehicles, the tow truck driver discovered a sedan stranded on the Union Pacific railroad tracks at Northwest Highway and Arlington Heights Road. The driver attempted to turn left on Northwest Highway, but turned left on to the railroad tracks. The male driver was also arrested DUI. The driver’s red Kia Optima was towed to a police holding area.
In just over 30 minutes one female driver and two male drivers were in custody for DUI.
