Palatine police received a report about 10:43 AM Monday of a vehicle burglary in progress at Halloran Power Equipment, 2159 North Rand Road Palatine, IL. Police received a report that a window of a gold minivan was just smashed and items were removed from the vehicle. A witness saw an offender break into the minivan, but no offender description was available.
