A Mississippi man, Everett Dutschke, whose home and business were searched as part of an investigation into poisoned letters sent to the president and others has been arrested in the case, according to the FBI.

Everett Dutschke was arrested early on Saturday morning and charged with possession of a biological toxin after ricin-laced letters were sent last week to President Obama, Sen. Roger Wicker of Mississippi and 80-year-old Mississippi judge Sadie Holland.

Previously this week Paul Kevin Curtis was in custody under suspicion of sending ricin-laced letters to President Obama and others. Curtis was released on Tuesday, and attention turned to Dutschke, who had been under surveillance, but slipped away on Wednesday. Federal agents searched the property of Everett Dutschke and the location of his former Tae Kwon Do studio in Tupelo, Mississippi on Tuesday.

Everett Dutschke is set to appear in the U.S. District Court in Oxford, Miss., on Monday.
