Arlington Heights police received a report that a man was seen videotaping children as they were exiting a school bus. The subject did not speak to the children and left in an unknown direction.
The incident is reported to have occurred at Burr Oak Drive at Highland Avenue. The subject’s vehicle — blue pickup truck — was facing southbound on Highland Avenue.
The incident is reported to have occurred Wednesday, March 6, 2013 at 3:45 p.m.
The subject was described as a male/Hispanic, 35 to 40-years-old, thin build, with black hair, a mustache, and wearing a dark jacket.
The vehicle subject’s vehicle was described as an older, possibly 1990s blue pick-up truck.
