Schaumburg police responded about 10:43 AM Thursday to a report of a vehicle burglary that “just occurred” 1701 Woodfield Road Schaumburg, IL. Police received a report that an unknown offender or offenders burglarized a white Ford Escape and took a purse from the vehicle.
The crime is reported to have occurred between 10:10 a.m. and 10:40 a.m. while parked in an area southwest of the intersection of Woodfield Road and Mall Drive.
