Northwest Community Healthcare (NCH) and the Chicago Wolves are teaming up to celebrate cancer survivorship on Sunday, Feb. 17, when the hockey team hosts NCH Cancer Survivor Night at Allstate Arena in Rosemont.
“NCH is very excited to be partnering with the Chicago Wolves to celebrate cancer survivors,” said Keith Ammons, director of cancer services at NCH. “It is important to recognize the survivors and the journey they are taking in fighting cancer. The Cancer Program at NCH is led by professionals who take care of our patients from the time they enter our hospital, throughout treatment, and during their survivorship journey.”
With state-of-the-art medical technologies like the CyberKnife® Radiosurgery System, expert oncologists, and specialized nurse navigators who provide one-to-one support, Northwest Community Hospital is among the region’s leading centers for advanced and comprehensive cancer care. The hospital also offers a wide array of nutritional, emotional, spiritual and palliative care services to provide personalized care for each and every patient before, during and following cancer treatment.
