Winter Storm Nemo will bring heavy snow and high winds this weekend to parts of the Northeast and New England. Up to two feet of snow is possible. Power outages are a concern and 5-7 foot drifts are possible.
A huge snowstorm is expected to bring blizzard conditions and hurricane-force winds to the Northeast. The massive storm could drop two feet of snow in New England, and is expected to hit Friday.
New England is bracing for a major winter storm expected to dump up to 2 feet of snow in some places from Friday into Saturday. That has residents in places like Watertown and Belmont, Massachusetts scrambling for snow shovels and essentials like milk and eggs.
