Des Plaines police received a report about 7:29 AM Thursday of an aggravated battery near River Road and Devon Avenue. Des Plaines police responded to an aggravated battery near River Road and Devon Avenue. Two male/Hispanics sprayed a female and her car with “MACE” and flashed gang signs.
The offenders were last seen westbound on Touhy Avenue from River Road in a silver, older model Dodge Caravan. The driver was described as a male/Hispanic in his 30’s wearing a gray hoodie. A passenger in the van was also described as a male/Hispanic in his 30’s.
