Arlington Heights police responded about 11:13 AM Wednesday to a report of criminal damage to property that ‘just occurred’ at 18 West Campbell Street. Police received a report that a subject was seen writing “F*%$ the Police” on a wall. The witness reported the offender was using a marker to write the graffiti.
