Minivan on its roof on eastbound embankment of Interstate 90 west of Arlington Heights Road (Over 40 additional photo).
Arlington Heights firefighter/paramedics and Illinois State Police responded about 6:15 PM Saturday to a rollover crash on the eastbound embankment of Interstate 90 near the 70 mile marker. Police and firefighter/paramedics received a report that one adult and two children were ejected from the vehicle. A minivan was on its roof on the embankment. No word on whether any other vehicles were involved in the crash. A lot of debris from inside the minivan was also on the embankment.
Two ambulances responded to the scene. Firefighter/paramedics from Elk Grove Township Fire Protection District assisted Arlington Heights firefighter/paramedics.
An extra rescue squad was called to the scene to assist with rescue at the scene.
No word available on the conditions of the victims or if any extrication occurred.
