Schaumburg police responded about 10:38 AM Friday of a residential burglary in the 600 block of Berkshire Court. Police received a report that residents came home to find their home burglarized. The residents waited outside to wait for police to check the home before they entered their house again.
The crime is reported to have occurred between 9:00 a.m. and 10:35 a.m.
An orange-and-white U-Haul Ford van with U-Haul markings removed (but visible) was seen in the area. Police are looking for the van and occupants for investigation.
A large amount of items were reported removed from the house. An evidence technician was called to the scene.
