Mount Prospect police responded about 10:29 AM Monday to a residential burglary attempt that just occurred in the 1000 block of Arbor Court. Police received a report that a resident yelled at two offenders as they attempted to force entry into the residence. Two subjects fled southbound from the scene after they were discovered. The subjects were described as two male/black individuals — no word on age of the subjects.
Police were searching the area about 10:35 a.m. and time following.
