Prospect Heights police received a report about 5:16 PM Tuesday of vandalism/graffiti at an apartment in the 800 block of East Old Willow Road. Police received a report that graffiti was discovered on the outside of the building. The crime is reported to have occurred between 4:45 p.m. and 5:15 p.m.
