Prospect Heights police responded about 1:33 PM Saturday to a report of criminal damage to property that ‘just occurred’ at Willowood Lake Estates apartments, 518 Willow Wood Circle. Police received a report that three female/white subjects about 6-10 years-old spray painted the side of a building.
