Des Plaines police responded about 5:24 AM Friday to an armed robbery at Touhy and River Road. Police received a report that the offender fled in a dark Buick. The offender was described as a male/Hispanic 5’7″ with a thin build, short dark hair and wearing a dark hoodie. The vehicle last seen eastbound on Touhy.
