Arlington Heights police received a report about 9:29:05 AM Monday of a vehicle burglary 2121 West Northwest Highway at the Metra parking lot. Police received a report that a blue 2002 Mazda 626 was burglarized. The rear passener side window was smashed out. A purse lying on the rear floorboard was reported stolen. The purse was described as a tan Coach purse valued at $400. The purse contained a black Coach wallet valued at $100, and a bottle of Coach perfume valued at $100. The wallet contained a credit card, debit cards and driver’s license.
The crime is reported to have occurred between Saturday, August 18, 2012 at 630 and Sunday, August 19, 2012 at 1:20 p.m.
