Arlington Heights police responded about 10:45 PM Tuesday to theft of services at Ihop, 31 East Golf Road. Police received a report that three people left the restaurant without paying for services.

The offenders were described as two female/black subjects and one male/black subject.

One female/black subject was described as 17-20-years-old wearing a blue tank top and denim shorts.

A second female/black subject was described as 17-20-years-old wearing a black tank top with black shorts.

The male/black was described as wearing a black baseball cap.

One of the females was initially detained near Johnny’s Beef, but she eventually fled again.

Police were out with two of the subjects by about 10:53 p.m. The third subject was found at her apartment.

The juveniles were returned to Ihop — at least one possibly with parents — and apparently payment for services was resolved. No word on any arrests or charges.
