A Chinese boy gave authorities in Hezhang Country a bit of a headache on Sunday – when he managed to get his head firmly lodged in a stone balustrade. He was freed using hydraulic spreading pliers.
Hezhang County is a county of Guizhou, China. Guizhou is known as a southern region of China that Chinese governments in north China where political exiles and criminals are sent.
A boy about 7-years-old was freed when a rescue spreader tool was used by firefighters to pry open a hole in the balcony. A boy had pushed his head through the hole, but could not withdraw backward out of the opening.
