Prospect Heights police discovered 11:30 AM Tuesday a criminal damage to vehicle incident in the 800 block of East Old Willow Road. Police received a report that a vehicle was damaged on August 10, 2012. Apparently a person reported the criminal damage to vehicle incident to police in the area.
