Schaumburg police responded about 7:20 p.m. Wednesday to a report that nine piglets were on the loose near Volkening Heritage Farm, 201 South Plum Grove Road. Beat car: “What’s on the loose?” Dispatcher: “Nine little piglets.” Beat car: “They must have gone ‘Wee wee wee’ all the way home… ’cause I’m not ‘showing’ anything.

This little piggy had roast beef,
This little piggy had none.
