After a police investigation to sort out details ranging from reports of a robbery, unlawful use of a weapon and prostitution; four people were arrested. Andrew Fisher, 23, of Chicago, and Georgi Angelov, 21, of Arlington Heights, were each charged with one count of soliciting a prostitute. Allegedly, each man solicited the services of a prostitute, but then argued with Danielle Kallin, 22, of Wisconsin about the services and payment of services. The men then locked Danielle Kallin out of their condo unit on the second floor, but kept her purse and other property inside their condo unit.

Danielle Kallin, of Milwaukee, Wisconsin was charged with prostitution. Maurice Jordan, a friend of Danielle Kallin, was charged with unlawful use of a weapon after he was discovered with brass knuckles, allegedly in his possession while he tried to retrieve Kallin’s purse and property.

Incidents involving the police at the condo began after midnight on Tuesday, July 3, 2012 when Arlington Heights police responded about 2:28 a.m. Tuesday to a report of a robbery at a condo in the 1200 block of South News Wilke Road. Arlington Heights police received a report from Hoffman Estates police that they received a report that a pizza delivery man from Hoffman Estates was robbed. Police received a report that a pizza was delivered to the address on New Wilke Road, but the man that came to the door threatened to shoot the pizza man and took the pizza without paying for the pizza. Arlington Heights police were investigating the report overnight.

On Wednesday, July 4, 2012 about 8:28 a.m. police received a 9-1-1 call with a whisper that there was a robbery in progress. Police surrounded the building and met with alleged victims outside at the front of the building. Police were told one or two alleged offenders were still inside the building. Police used an armored shield and approached the apartment unit. Eventually two male/Hispanic suspects were transported handcuffed and in custody to Arlington Heights Police Department Headquarters. Two additional male/black subjects and two additional female subjects (one female/white and one female/black) were also transported to Arlington Heights Police Department Headquarters after conflicting reports among all of the subjects. Police started an investigation to determine which subjects were the offenders and which subjects were the victims. Police were working on sorting out the details at headquarters on Wednesday, July 4, 2012. A Ford Expedition with Wisconsin license plates was photographed at the scene by police and towed to a police holding area.

No word on whether the pizza robbery and Wednesday morning’s dispute, unlawful use of weapon charge, and prostitution charges were related.
