Palatine police and firefighter/paramedics responded about 1:16:35 PM Saturday to five-car personal injury crash with people arguing on eastbound Lake Cook Road west of Hicks Road.
Police reported two people injured at the scene. The crash was on the bridge just west of Hicks Road (Route 53).
