Schaumburg police responded about 10:19 p.m. Wednesday to a report of a vehicle burglary that just occurred in the 1400 block of Bates Lane. Police received a report that a juvenile male was discovered in the victim’s vehicle. The offender was chased, but got away.
The offender was described as a male/white about 15-years-old wearing a white T-shirt. The offender was last seen running toward Springinsguth Road and also reported as southbound on Bates Court.
