Arlington Heights police received a report of two hit-and-run crashes 2010 South Arlington Heights
First a silver Honda was struck at Central Road and Arthur. The victim found the offending vehicle parked in a lot on Central Road.
Second, a blue Honda was hit in the lot sometime during the previous hour.
