Arlington Heights police received a report of vehicle burglary in an apartment parking lot in the 1400 block of South New Wilke Road. Police received a report that an unknown offender or offenders entered an unlocked black 2008 Buick Lucerne. Offender(s) emptied the glove box onto the floor, searched the center console and removed a Garmin GPS valued at $175 and a pair of Oakley sunglasses valued at $140.
The crime is reported to have occurred between Monday, April 30, 2012 at 10:00pm and Tuesday, May 1, 2012 at 6:00am.
