Arlington Heights police and firefighter/paramedics responded about 1:20 p.m. Friday to a report of a man down on a roadway to the Stonebridge Apartment, 700 West Rand Road. Police received a report that bystander CPR was underway. Emergency responders also received a report that ComEd was on the scene.
