Naperville police and firefighter/paramedics responded about 9:02 a.m. Monday to a school bus vs. SUV crash at 248th Avenue and Lapp Lane. The school bus was empty, but the toddler was injured when the crash caused the SUV to roll over and the ejection of the toddler.
The female child was airlifted by medical transport helicopter and transported to Level I Trauma Center Loyola University Medical Center.
The female driver of the SUV, and the school bus driver were transported edward Hospital in Naperville.
Naperville police accident investigators were on the scene.
