Schaumburg police and firefighter/paramedics responded about 3:20 p.m. Friday to Knollwood, just north of Schaumburg Road to a report of a battery following a road rage incident.
Police received a report that the offender was in a black Lexus SUV and that the battery victim was sitting in a red Pontiac Grand Prix.
No word on any arrest available.
