Arlington Heights police and firefighter/paramedics responded about 4:57 p.m. Saturday to a report of a hit-and-run with personal injury on Campbell Street, just east of Wilke Road. Apparently minor injuries — incident occurred about 4:47 p.m. Saturday.
The vehicle was last seen heading westbound on Wilke Road.
