Arlington Heights police received a report of criminal damage to three vehicles in the 900 block of West Dundee Road in the parking lot near Xsport Fitness. An unknown offender or offenders shattered windows on a 1996 white Ford Explorer, a 2001 silver BMW 330Xi and a 2000 Olds Intrigue. Apparently no entry was gained. Some of the windows were still intactm but cracked.
The location at 960 W Dundee Rd – Ridge Plaza parking lot is on the north side of Arlington Heights. Smashed vehicle windows also were reported recently in Buffalo Grove and northern Palatine.
The crimes are reported to have occurred between 03/02 at 3:30pm and 03/03 at 7:15pm. One vehicle was discovered by police with damage about 4:00 a.m. — as reported earlier in The Cardinal
