Schaumburg police responded about 12:05 p.m. Sunday to a report of a vehicle burglary that just occurred in the 2800 block of Meadows Lane. Police received a report that a silver Subaru was burglarized. The offender was described as a male/black about 14-years-old, wearing a black jacket and jeans. He was riding a bike with white lettering on the bike. The offender was last seen riding the bike near Holmes Way. The vehicle burglary about 11:45 a.m. A neighbor called for the victim.
