Schaumburg police and firefighter/paramedics responded about 2:15 p.m. Thursday to a head-on crash with personal injuries at Schaumburg Road and Plum Grove Road.
Northbound Plum Grove Road lane one was shutdown, the left turn lane to eastbound Schaumburg Road was shut down, and one other lane was also shut down.
No report on injuries was available.
